These ladies went above & beyond and exceeded our expectations.We were extremely surprised in the differnce we experienced. They were on top of everything."

"Only a couple concerns with cleanliness, but everything else was great. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room. The rooms and beds were comfortable and enough room to roam for our group. The hot tub needed cleaned or water changed out and carpet needed a better vacuuming as there was pet hair. "

"Hotel is in a partial state of construction or demolition and one of our rooms had a broken toilet and bathtub. A hole in the bathroom door and the other didn’t have blankets for the beds only thin sheets. Pool and hot tub weren’t in service and the beds were very uncomfortable and poor quality. Not much positive to say. "

"Like new, very clean. Basically a hotel room with a washer and dryer. No place to cook except a microwave. It’s beyond me why they don have a small gas grill outside to cook on, it would revolutionize this place. I had my doubts about the bed when I first walked in, but it turned out to be fairly comfortable if you like a firm mattress. I inquired about an early check in and got a response they would check with the cleaner. I received a message almost 24 hours after my regular check in time that the place would be ready early. This is a roof over your head and a bathroom. I would have been more comfortable in a hotel. At least there would have been a restaurant down stairs. "
