"I booked this room very last minute I arrive at the location and it is a closed down pub after I manage to find the entrance on the right side of pub by the car park there is 3 codes needed no problem I arrive in my room the bed is stiff with two pillows and only one towel I then try and have a shower there is absolutely no hot water in any tap or in the shower the hot water tap in the small sink doesn't even work the window has condensation inside the frame and the frames and the room is...

"Very dated a very poor condition. No towels either in the bathroom or bedroom. WiFi code not supplied. Worst of all the roof leaked causing the ceiling to drip water onto the bed all night. I couldn't move the bed so couldn't sleep in it. By morning it was saturated There wasn't even a chair to sit in. So no sleep at all"
