Beds were very comfy, staff was friendly and great water pressure. Bathroom door did not close and would open while inside. There was a plastic fork lodged inside of the sink and was cracked. The toilet flush handle would pop out if you touched it, had to fiddle with it in order to close it. Could use another trashcan inside the room other than the mini one beside the front door. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Front desk staff very nice and pleasant. But room and surrounding areas didn't seem very clean. Ice machine didn't work, tv remote didn't work. But was convenient for us and what we came into town to do.

Our room smelled terrible- a mixture of smoke and old mildew. The carpet was dirty and stained in areas. The one positive was the bed appeared clean and comfortable. Overall this place was old and run down- in need of an up date.

This was a wonderful experience. Great value for the cost. it was convenient to Anderson University. The staff were professional & pleasant. We asked for a quiet room & had an interior courtyard room which was very quiet. The bed was simply wonderful Everything was clean & tidy. sensor motion lights in room so that you did not stumble in the dark if you got up for the bathroom.

I am not one to typically complain, however, this area was covered in trash and the homeless were everywhere. I must say I felt a bit unsafe. This is not something the hotel has complete control over unfortunately. The front desk staff and maintenance staff where very friendly, professional, and helpful with any of our needs or requests.

Great overnight stay

Staff are very nice upon check in and check out. The property is a little worn but beds and linens were clean. Some outlets in room didn’t work. It was great for an overnight visit!!
