The staff here was super helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great- surrounded by mountains even if we didn’t technically have a mountain facing room. The building itself is beautiful. Walking around the first floor, you see lots of lovely common spaces. It feels very grand and fancy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Wengen again.

Really lovely stay - rooms with amazing views of the mountains, staff were incredible, helpful and so friendly. Special shout out to Sandor who made us laugh! Only minor feedback is there are very limited breakfast choices for vegans and limited eggless options fo vegetarians

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Hotels.com offered breakfast with the stay but then we were charged. That was unfortunate. But the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The spa and massage therapists were 5 star. I would only go back to Switzerland to stay ...
