Moon Cottage - Farmhouse in the Conero countryside

Wonderful farmhouse immersed in the greenery of the Conero Park, equipped with swimming pool and bowling green with breathtaking views of the Marche countryside. Immersed in an exclusive 3000 m2 garden full of botanical excellence, with a panoramic patio equipped for eating and a children's play area, it is just a few minutes' drive from all the main places of interest in the area: from the wonderful beaches of the Conero Riviera, passing for Casa Leopardi in Recanati, up to the basilica of Loreto. An hour's drive away are the wonderful Frasassi Caves and the Sibillini Mountains.

A large private forest surrounds the exclusive property.

Description:

Ground floor: large and bright living room equipped with sofas and fireplace, dining room, separate kitchen fully equipped and equipped with dishwasher, bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine, double bedroom with private bathroom in the room complete with shower cubicle.

First floor: living room with sofas and bookcase, master double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with hydromassage tub, third double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with two single beds, complete bathroom with shower cubicle. The rooms on the first floor have air conditioning.

Outdoor space: wonderful garden of over 3000 m2, parking space for up to 5 cars, swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, bowling green, wi-fi, barbecue and wood-burning oven.

The swimming pool can be used from Monday 1st June.

Maximum comfort in the heart of the Conero park, completely immersed in nature and its quiet.
