Getting Around:

Each of the Colony Suites has dedicated parking for your use while you stay. While on the property, feel free to explore Palmer by foot as well!

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please call repeatedly if emergency needs arise in the middle of night.

Renting was easy and adding a change to our reservation was easy. We had a problem with the lock’s battery dying and Ken was there in 15 minutes to fix the problem. Very satisfied with this rental.

Excellent property right near everything you need in Palmer. The room was cleaned, there was coffee, water and even some essentials in the cupboard. Very happy with our find.

Wonderful Stay!

I loved my stay in Unit #9. It is so clean and comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. The location is great too within a short walking distance to downtown Palmer. I will definitely recommend Colony Suites and look forward to staying here again! Skip the motels. This place is so much nicer and very affordable. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay!

Perfect location in downtown Palmer. Walk to shops and restaurants and a quick drive over to the big grocery stores. The accommodations are beautiful and clean. Modern rustic decor with a large walk-in shower. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Colony Suites! It is a very cute, exceptionally clean and well maintained property with many thoughtful details for your stay. I especially enjoy the shower in this rental. It is closely located and handy to everything in the downtown area of Palmer, and yet it provided a very quiet stay. The owner was quick to reply with booking, email messages and overall communication was excellent. I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again and I would highly recommend it as a great vacation rental in the Palmer area.
