"I wasn’t happy with 2 garbage bags left in hallway from the days clean. Mentioned to front desk and was still there in the morning!"

"Dirty room smelled very bad, dirty bathroom chipping from walls. Buddy was basically in a pillow. I paid for and they knocked on the door at 11 and at 12 and again at 1 o’clock to see when we were leaving and to make sure that we were out the door as soon as 1 o’clock didn’t even give me a second to put my shoes on. I felt incredibly rushed and frustrated. Breakfast was m muffins, tea ridiculous. Spend the extra money go to the best Western across the street."

"Not very maintained, elevator stopped working. Limited on towels and blankets. Pool was gross and no towels provided"

"Staff was great, overall building was excellent.. our shower was super difficult to get the temperature right and some garbage was missed under the bed but overall a great experience and issues were quickly fixed "

"It said check in was till 12 but when I got there around like 9 I couldn’t check in get inside the building or nun so i didn’t go at all can I get ah refund for the 30$ I had to put down fa the room"
