"Otel genel olarak gerçekten harikaydı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve oldukça hızlıydı. Otelin temizliği, bakımı, modern tasarımı ve detaylara gösterilen özen de çok başarılıydı. Ancak konaklamamız sırasında odada zaman zaman kanalizasyonu andıran ağır bir koku vardı. Zeminlerin seramik olmasına rağmen bu kokunun olması, sorunun havalandırma veya tesisat kaynaklı olabileceğini düşündürdü. Benzer durumun bazı eski yorumlarda da belirtilmiş olması dikkat çekici. Her şeyin bu kadar güzel olduğu bir otelde bu sorunun hızlıca çözülmesi halinde gerçekten kusursuz bir konaklama deneyimi sunulacağına inanıyorum. Bunun dışında otel ve çalışanlar kesinlikle takdiri hak ediyor."

"I have stayed there for couple nights beautiful hotel very clean, comfortable beds, showers customer service are awesome, reception staff were very respectful and friendly. If ever visit Eskishir again I would definitely stay in the same hotel."
