"Clean property,very nice staff, reasonable breakfast. The parking situation is real bad for anyone disabled. No where to park when I arrived in the early afternoon. And no parking at night either. They’re all taken up. The room was clean except the tv and dresser was dusty. Other than that everyday they came & cleaned the room. Replaced the towels. Fresh bed sheets Etc. The tub was clean. Everything worked. The lighting in the room is super bad. Is extremely dim. They need much brighter lighting. It only takes 2-4 mins to get an uber/Lyft infront of the hotel. All the drivers are super nice & helpful. There’s lots of Resturant’s & some stores & Starbucks too bye the hotel. The hotel gives great free coffee & tea & hot chocolate any time you need it. Great service. The lobby is beautiful. The pool & jacuzzi are is very clean & very nice. "

"Everything about the stay was perfect. They even let us check in early with no fee. We come to Disneyland every year and this is the only place we stay. "

"Really enjoyed the property and location. Very family oriented. On site laundry was helpful. Full kitchen is nice to have. Would prefer more frequent housekeeping. Our stay was 5 nights, we had one refresh after asking for it. Refresh was bare minimum. No coffee replacement, soaps etc. Always going to office to get things like that as well as fresh towels is annoying. Its a hotel, not an apartment rental. The cut back on housekeeping cheapens the experience. This is a vacation, should feel like one. Highly recommend changing that policy. Hand soap is horrible. Good breakfast offerings. Lots of waffle machines is nice. Staff was excellent. Pool warm and a nice break. Overall a great property and we enjoyed it. Just the things i mentioned take away from the experience --too bad"

"Rooms were nice and clean. Room dining was great and food was delicious. Location was perfect for us 10 minute walk or 5 min uber ride to both parks. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. "

"The place was quiet. Curtains kept it dark to sleep. Bathroom very clean! Parking lot fairly easy to get in and out of. Very short distance to Disney. Mini shops in front of motel for random things from hair gel & tylenol to water & food. We did not drive, just walked to everything for 4 days"
