If you are looking for a beautiful vacation home, well equipped with all your home essentials and within walking distance to Disneyland, this is the home for you. Our vacation home located in a safe quiet neighborhood within a walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. In addition, we are also centrally located to nearby Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Knott's Berry Farm, Soak City, Angel Stadium, Garden Walk and about 30-minutes drive to Huntington Beach and Newport Beach.

Enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather in our back yard, relax by the pool, and BBQ your favorite meal. Besides the pool, our game room is equipped with a new shuffleboard, bubble hockey, Nintendo Wii, toys, and a 55' LED TV flatscreen with Blu-Ray player. If you have little ones, they will love playing dress up in our princess costumes.

This beautiful home has three bedrooms, two fire places, a game room, a living room, and two baths. The living room has a 55' LED TV flat screen with AT&T Uverse, and Blu-Ray player. 1st bedroom is equipped with a King size TV lift bed, 2nd bedroom has two bunk beds, and 3rd bedroom is equipped with a Queen size TV lift bed. All mattresses and bedding are brand new high quality to ensure your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, stove, refrigerator, cookware, along with matching plates, and utensils.

At the end of your long day, put your feet up and relax watching TV in the comfort of a brand new luxurious bed. With a push of a button you have access to a 42-inch TV at the end of your bed. The TV can be lower back down and out of sight with a touch of a button.

We are committed to providing all of our guests the best possible experience from the time of booking all the way through check out. We are very hands on to ensure that every detail is carefully inspected before every check in. Your enjoyment, comfort, and relaxation are our number one priority. For your safety and security, there are security cameras in view of the driveway and the front of the house.

This was the perfect property for our group and our Disneyland adventure. We easily walked back and forth to Disney twice a day. In the afternoons we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The owners were attentive and answered all of our questions before, during and after the process. We would stay here again!

Wonderful Place to stay
We went down for a family vacation and the house was wonderful. Just what we needed 5 minute drive to Disneyland and 30 minutes from Huntington Beach. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. We will definitely come back.

Quiet house near Disneyland
Our family of six stayed in for 5 days while visiting LA. We were looking for something within walking distance of Disneyland and that had space for our kids to play on off days. This house met those needs well. The pool and hot tub in the back were very nice to use. It was still a little cool for swimming in Feb, but the pool heat made it work when the sun was out. The kitchen and dining area were large and nice to use. The rec room was also a hit with our kids. Things that might be useful for future visitors: - Disneyland Resort is walkable, but in the 20-30 minute range. - Quiet hours are 10pm-9am, and no outdoor activities (like the hot tub) are allowed then. - No parking on the street, but the driveway has enough space for multiple vehicles. - There are several food options, grocery stores, Target, Starbucks, etc all within a short drive. - The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in/check-out was smooth.

As advertised. My boys (ages 7 and 11) loved the pool and swam in it every day. Relatively easy walk to Disney, although we found Uber to be very convenient so used that most of the time. Would recommend to families for sure.

Perfection!
The house, the amenities, and the location were absolute perfection! We were in town for a Disneyland wedding and were so very happy that we chose this house. It was cozy, and fun, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were surprisingly close to shopping and the parks. We could not have been happier!
