"I arrived early and was notified that I’d get a text when my room was ready, I never got the text. I had booked a king size room and got two queens instead. Also, when I asked a staff member regarding check out, the staff member behind the counter was a bit rude on answering my question, it almost made me feel like I was bothering him to even ask. One thing that unfortunately happened was that the tub would get clogged when I showered. Otherwise, everything else was awesome! Thank you."
