We take COVID very seriously.
Every surface is disinfected between each guest's stay.
Electronic keyless entry allows access to a PRIVATE, MODERN & CLEAN home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is a stunning, newly renovated house situated in a quiet & safe neighborhood that's just a short 8 to 10 minute drive to Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and Downtown Disney. Free Parking, Washer/dryer are available for you to use.

This home is a very modern, private, and tranquil single story handicap accessible house that is centrally located to Disneyland and the many wonderful shops around. This home is just a short 8 minute drive to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. The Outlets at Orange and the Angels stadium are about 20 minutes away. Bus stops are just a 7 minute walk away. Being close to Disney, there are also a plethora of great restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
Our place is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is safe and secure.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Every mattress is equipped with a waterproof & bed bug proof mattress cover.
The house can easily accommodate 8 people. However, the living room has a couch that can fit 1 more and 2 twin sized memory foam rollaway beds can be setup for additional sleeping space.
Provided throughout the house are one 55" LED SMART TV in each bedroom and a 60" LED SMART TV in the living room.
Things to note:
1. If you have an animal companion(s) there will be an additional cleaning fee added to the total after you book. Your animal companion must be house trained and well behaved.
Please contact me with how many furry friends you will be bringing and what breed they are once you've booked.
Under 25 lbs: a one time $35 cleaning fee per animal companion.
Over 25 pounds: a one time $50 cleaning fee per animal companion.
2. If this is for quiet, calm, and small events such as baby showers, bridal showers, wedding related events, etc. there will be an additional $100 added to the cleaning fee. Please message me for a pre-approval before you book.
3. NO HOUSE PARTIES. You will be asked to leave.

Everything about this home is perfect for a visit to Anaheim! Comfortable beds, updated kitchen, 2 renovated bathrooms made our stay here so enjoyable. The hosts were responsive to every inquiry and so accommodating. This lovely home is exceptional!
