Great place to stage a Disney trip

We had three families staying at this property so that we could spend a few days at the Disneyland complex. It's a quick easy drive to the parking structure, or a reasonably affordable uber ride away.

I wish that I could stay here every time I’m going to Disneyland.

The house is only 2 miles away from Disneyland Park. Very convenient and close to everywhere we go.

Property was in a great location. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Communication with property manager was great. We could have used more bath hand towels and rags. Pillows need to be replaced and could have used extra blankets.Will definitely stay here again.

Anaheim

Phong was kind enough to let my group and me stay at his home. It was conveniently located near all the attractions in Anaheim. The house was very clean and spacious enough to accommodate our large group. The property was well-maintained, and Phong was very responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Getting away from Arizona heat for a couple days!!!

We really enjoy our stay, only "2 things" (1) the sheets from one of the bedroom was full of hair so apparently they weren't wash or change so we wash them and (2) the dishwasher was apparently was broken maybe from previous renters so dirty water was left in it. Overall really nice house, centrally located *please put more mirror in rooms.

Family gathering

We rented the house for the Thanks giving Holliday. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the house. We entered a quite clean, spacious and bright kitchen and sitting room combo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the small size but, the brightness of the rooms made nup for the size. Every room was very comfortable. The bathrooms were supplied with lots of towels, soup, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are grocery store and starbucks within 3/5 min of the house and a easy access of freeway. I trully recomand this house.

Close to Disney, good house for couples/ adult trip

We stayed here for an adults only Disney trip. It worked good for our group of 5 couples. The bedrooms were all nice and looked how they were listed. The “master” bedroom with the king size bed and day bed is actually not the room with the in-suite bathroom. The room with a bathroom connected is just one of the other queen bed rooms, just something to be aware of. All three bathrooms were very small but they have been updated recently. The owner does provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in all the showers which is nice. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped for doing so. The couch that is shown in the listing pictures is different from what is there now, the new one is actually bigger and more accommodating for lots of people- we sat about 6 people on it at one time. The outdoor furniture is also different than what is listed. It is just a table with two benches now, not the chairs. The backyard is actually quite big with lots of grass. The game room/ laundry room was a very nice addition. It’s in the detached garage. In the garage they had lots of extra beach supplies, sleeping mats and cots, a crib & stroller. Overall the house was clean but there were a few areas that needed a little bit more attention we were mostly noticing dirty walls and doors and there were ants in one of the bathrooms.

House exactly as described. Very clean and easy access by Uber to Disneyland. Great Wifi and plenty of room for 11 people. Kitchen well stocked and nice washer and dryer. Beds very comfortable and great air conditioner. Great hot water, enough for us all. We really enjoyed the space and location.

Such a beautiful home! My family stayed for a wedding and there was something for everyone. The kids loved the yard space and the game room. We appreciated the large island for big family meals, and the sleeping spaces were just what we were looking for for our family of 12. Would definitely look to stay at this home again if in the area in the future.

Yes kitchen, bedrooms clean bathrooms needed a little bit more clean. We usually use the grill and we did it but it took us 2 plus hours to clean it and there was no sufficient propane gas for the grill. I sent photos to the owner about some broken stuff and floor scratches, cracked windows but he never answer back.

Very comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The owner was very responsive. The air hockey table didn’t work and was pretty beat up, but other than that all was good.
