Amazing stay
We are so grateful to have a lovely place to stay on our Disney trip. It was one of the most stocked homes we’ve stayed at, which included the kitchen and even bathroom cleaners if needed. The kids loved all the details! It was also wonderful to be able to walk back and forth, to and from the parks, to rest, swim and eat supper and then head back to the park for the evening.

This was an amazing location and condo. Was an easy walk to Disneyland every day. Lots of places close by to eat. Close to airport. Great communication for the owners. Highly recommended. Location was quiet. No need for a car as we could walk and Uber everywhere

This place was perfect. Completely accurate to the listing, so many safety amenities for all aged children, walking distance to the park, amazing living space. I loved the baby gates that were provided for the stairs, it helped keep our one year contained upstairs. Each room had a tv which was perfect. Plenty of cooking space for when eating out wasn’t an option. We couldn’t have gotten luckier with where we chose to stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our trip to disney. The house was clean and well stocked. I appreciated the kids items in the house like lots of books, a few toys, step stools to wash hands! It was great to have those items available. The owner was quick to respondto Communication- we arrived early & were able to store our luggage in the garage & go out to lunch until the unit was available- that was super helpful!! Access to disney was so fantastic. We walked to the tram that took us to the park. Was able to easily walk back for a midday nap and then head back out each evening. Couldn't get a better location! Overall a wonderful stay- we would stay here again if ever traveling back to the area

Great location
Once we figured out to just walk across the street and take the shortcut through Disneyland hotel the location was as close as possible for staying off property. Kitchen well stocked (we did not cook while there though), nice to have a washer and dryer available, master bath was well stocked and overall a nice rental. This would not be a place for elderly due to the narrow stairs leading to the bedrooms upstairs. Would stay here again!!

Gina has supplied everything except the food. Two friends and two children stayed for 6 days. The car stayed in the secure garage on the days we walked to the Disney parks. The villa was very clean, the linens are quality and comfortable, the ice maker works, and the extras (coolers, washer & dryer, condiments in the fridge) were much appreciated. We didn't look for any dining nearby because we ate breakfast and dinner here. We highly recommend this place if you like the Disney vibe and complete quiet at night.

My family stayed here with 4 young children, the property was well stocked with kid supplies, including dishes, strollers, and toys which was very appreciated. It was about a 15-20 min walk to the park, very easy. We took the tram back a few times to the garage across the street, then was about a 5 min walk. Lots of stores close by and easy access to the highway. It was clean, easy check in, lots of space even with 6 people.

We stayed here for our family’s visit to Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure. The location was just as described in other reviews - a short walk to Downtown Disney and the parks. The 2 full baths plus half bath made getting ready and out to the parks each morning easy, and there was room for our 5 adults and one child. I would stay here again for a trip to Disneyland.

This was my first time using VRBO, and this stay set the bar really high! The property was extremely clean, and had everything we could possibly need, and some things I hadn't even thought of! My kids loved the Disney themed decorations! The owner was very responsive, and we communicated throughout our stay. She even reached out quickly to let me know that my son had left something behind, so we were able to come back and retrieve it. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and definitely hope to stay there again for our next trip to Anaheim!

Spacious Property - Short Walk to Disney
We had a lovely stay here. It is pefect for Disneyland, just a short walk away (we were able to get to the parks in about 15-20 minutes) and very safe. The property had plenty of space for my husband and I and our 16 and 18 year old girls. Having a two bathrooms was great! We also loved being able to use the shared swimming pool. Gina was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. All in all a super location and a great condo.

Great location!
The location is perfect for walking to the parks or catching the tram. Each of the rooms had nice TVs. The air conditioning was also very useful, and quiet enough to sleep. We used the BBQ a couple of times and enjoyed eating on the patio. The patio is rather small and crowded with the plants and items outside, but did not stop us from using it. Communication with the owner was very good. Gina responded promptly and was very cooperative and helpful. The lighting in the bathrooms and the kids room was rather poor, but when I informed the owner she agreed to improve the lighting which was nice to hear. We enjoyed our stay!

Terri told us the kids bedroom light and 2 of 3 bathroom lights are not bright enough. We will add a floor lamp in the kids bedroom and replace the current led lights in the two bathrooms. Thank you

If you are going to Disneyland you really cannot do any better. Such a large space within easy walking distance. The home is clean and well stocked. I cannot imagine a better choice.

Walk to Disney & short drive to beach
This was a great place to stay with our young girls; 7 years old and 7 months. We were able to walk to and from Disney which was a life saver having a baby. I felt safe walking by myself so my husband and older daughter could still enjoy Disneyland while I catered to the baby. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home!

What a perfect base for visiting the Disneyland area. It was a short walk to the monorail and Downtown Disney and my 7 year old loved all the toys and books available in the property. The house was clean, tidy and stocked with anything you might need in terms of cutlery, plates and other kitchen necessities. It was also stocked with things that you never thought you might need such as pool toys, strollers and children's books. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for hosting us. The property was great and a wonderful location for visiting Disney. A couple issues we noticed: the patio screen door is bent/off the rail, the ensuite sink (and maybe upstairs bathtub) did not drain well, and the dishwasher often left dishes with food still on (my husband tried cleaning the filtre of the dishwasher, but he thinks the jets on the arms are plugged). We truly enjoyed our stay and would return/recommend the property to others! Thank you.

Thank you for your review. We have already cleared the sink three days ago as the guest after you kindly told us by email and we fixed it right away. The patio screen door was off the trail and we put it back. We will check the dish washer arms.

If you are looking for a house to rent near disney, this is the closest you can get. House was well stocked and host was responsive. House is a bit hard to find but the complex its in doesnt have great signage. Overall was a good stay.

Really is literally across the street from the Mickey and Friends/Pixar Pals parking complex. Had our family of 7 there with our children ranging in age from 6-17. Complex was very quiet and the owners were great to work with. Everything was spelled out clearly in the instructions and was exactly as described in the listing.

Fantastic Disneyland Getaway
We chose this rental based on size of space and proximity to Disneyland and CA Adventure. It was a 15 min walk from the property through downtown Disney. We have 2 teenage girls so the extra bedroom and bathroom were a bonus. We used the kitchen to make meals and snacks to bring with us. We had a fantastic stay!

Heaven at Hermosa Village
Myself and two colleagues are so glad that we selected this property for our stay while exhibiting at a trade show at the Anaheim Convention Center. The town house was spotless and had everything we needed, from well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer to television and Wi-Fi throughout. The beds were comfortable with plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. All the appliances were in perfect working order and easy to use. It was close enough to the venue to be an easy walk and far enough away to be a perfect retreat after the high-intensity days at the show. We did not have any children with us, but the property seemed extremely well-provisioned for kids, with strollers, high chairs toys, children's books, pool toys and towels. Any family would have had as wonderful stay here as we did.

Perfect location, beautiful condo
We had a wonderful time in this condo! It was just as described in the listing. We appreciated all the room to relax, the washer and dryer, nice stovetop and oven, nice refrigerator with ice maker. Walk to the pool was short, girls enjoyed the hot tub since it was January, pool was too cold for swimming. We walked to Disney three of the days we were here. It was an easy walk through Downtown Disney. A couple times we took the tram back to the parking garage and then exited onto the street to walk the rest of the way home. The girls loved the bunk beds and the stuffed animals and dollhouse that were in the room. Made it very comfortable for them! If I return to Anaheim, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Surprised our children with Disney trip for Christmas! The location of this property was so ideal. Short Walking distance to tram and downtown Disney/monorail and a little longer walk to parks but super doable! Entrance lines at the tram were longer so we chose to walk trough downtown Disney most often. Rained during our stay and they had extra ponchos which were very helpful! Kids loves having toys and Disney+ on nights when grandma watched kiddos so hubby and I could do a few nights at the parks. Great experience and will come again! 10/10 recommend

Loved the distance from Disneyland. Strollers came in handy. Wished there was a bigger pot for cooking stews/soups and a bigger rice cooker. Ones provided too small for a family of 7. Washer/Dryer very useful but needed to disinfect before using. Typical front load washers develop that mildew if not maintained properly. Appreciated the amenities but disappointed with the stained bedsheets. Place was smaller than expected. Otherwise the property was sufficient.

Good Place To Stay
We stayed in this property for a week. Great little townhouse. Had pretty much everything we needed, just had to buy food. Nice and close to Disneyland. Roughly 15-20 min walk/tram to Disney park front gate. If I go back to Disneyland, I would rent this property again.

Perfect location- exactly what we needed for Disneyland!
2nd time staying at this property and again, it was perfect for what we needed! The short distance to downtown Disney allowed us to go to the park, come back to the condo for lunch, and head back to the park in the evening. All appliances were in working order, kitchen had necessary accessories, and the condo had enough space where we could all spread out too!

Little Piece of Home at Disney.
We have stayed in some great VRBOs, however, my children will tell you this was the most amazing one yet. The excitement in their voices and on their faces walking in the door of this place is a memory i will never forget. My kids told me we no longer needed to go to the parks and they would be happy just staying there haha. The place was super clean, welcome snacks, organized, stocked with everything you could possibly want, and i mean EVERYTHING . The communication from the owner was super detailed and made my life so easy. The walk from the tram was the shortest way for sure, however, we would just walk to downtown Disney in the morning and tram home when our feet were too tired. Location is directly across the street from the Disney parkade. The pools at the location are also amazing, kids wading pools, large pool and adults only pool. I had zero complaints and this location exceeded my expectations, thanks so much to the owners and we hope to be back :)

This was a great rental property! Clean, fully stocked and they even snacks and bottles of water upon check in. I love that they have a washer and dryer to use on property, we definitely made use of that. The pool is great, would be a great addition to have more towels to use and maybe some pool toys. I was so happy that we didn’t have to strip our beds before we left as we had to leave at 4 am to get to our flight on time. This has been the norm at other vacation rentals that I have stayed at. Will definitely try and book again if we ever return to Anaheim!

Great place for Disneyland trip
I stayed here with my husband and 3 teenagers for a week. It was a great location for Disneyland. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Downtown Disney security entrance and then a short walk to the Monorail where the entry line is much shorter than at the main gate. The condo is across the street from the Mickey & Friends parking structure so you can also take the tram if you want to. You do have to jaywalk/run across the street. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We went swimming in the pool a few times and it was nice. We would stay there again.
