Great home and location relative to the Anaheim Convention Center. The house was very clean and well-kept. The water pressure in the showers was fantastic. The bed I used were a bit too soft for my taste but otherwise me and my colleagues were very pleased with our stay during the NAMM Show.

Home needed a good deep cleaning, newer frying pans, mixing/serving bowls, kitchen utensils that aren't broken, and replace the old spices with fresh spices. There was a wonderful abundance of tableware which was great. Unfortunately, there was only one kitchen towel and it had a hole in it. (same one that is in the ad photo}. The bath towels were very nice but I had to put them under the sink to have a place to put my toothbrush and other toiletries. No clothes storage other than hangers were in the bed rooms, so we spent the week living out of our suitcases. The location was wonderful, but it would have been nice to know that there was an active train track on the other side of the fence. With a fair amount of work and more supplies I would find it to be a nice place to stay again.

A very nice and clean property and a very attentive host (James). Comfortable beds, a nice backyard, and a safe neighborhood. One of the previous guests mentioned rail tracks nearby, but we have not heard a single train in four days. In short, an excellent Vrbo with excellent hosts for a fair price.
