This place was awful. Didn’t refund our deposit despite us leaving a day early it was that bad. The Tv didn’t work either and the staff couldn’t fix it.

The property was okay, although there was a terrible loud noise coming from the bathroom toilet in room 127. NEEDS TO BE FIXED!The breakfast was not good it was very plain and needs some improvement .

The place is run down, the floor was click in tiles that came apart and were chipped, so if you walked bare feet you pinched your feet. Paper thin walls you can hear the next room talking. They say they have washing machines, they do, but they did not work. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok, no fruit.

They are really strict on check-in time. Not understanding of our needs when there were clearly rooms available at time of arrival.

I happened to glance up at the ceiling near my bed and it seemed like a coke bottle exploded and was never cleaned up. Wallpaper was peeling, furniture was chipped and it just seemed gross

The property and staff itself were very nice. The rooms are newly renovated. The property has a good pool and the hot tub was actually hot. They have onsite laundry which was nice, but the hours where not family/theme park hour doable. I’m sure this was for everyone’s safety. The properties/area surrounding the hotel was full of ladies of the night and homeless people. There was no “let’s go for a stroll after dinner,” the area was too full of prostitution and druggies. They would be standing on the street and slowly lingering by half naked at night(the rest of us were practically in snow suites the weather was so cold.

Older building, but the room was clean and frah smelling. Alot of tourist stayed here. There are some sketchy looking hotels near by. But i wpuld stay here again.

While the room was updated and the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.. the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning!! The building itself was very run down. Breakfast options were very limited for variety. It was a just a bunch of carb options and no proteins. Danish, bread, cereal, frozen waffles.. no yogurt or eggs or even peanut butter. It was on a busy street and you could hear your neighbors at all times.

Our first room was okay at first but when we checked the bathroom it was full of ants, however front desk quickly arranged us with another room that was very clean. Some of the fixtures should be updated but everything worked well enough.

I had a very bad experience with their customer service. People who on the front desk are so rude and not polite at all. And it’s been over seven business days and I didn’t get back my security deposit that they asked me it will be back to my card within 2 to 3 days. When I try to talk to them after that the guy who answered me, he yelled at me, and after that, he refused to transfer me to his manager, it was a very terrible place to stay. Don’t recommend it to anybody. Nobody should be treated like that.

This property was very nice and clean ,but there's some homeless walked around on the balcony around 20:30 WHICH WE DIDN'T felt safe she walked around and stay by the elevator !

Only issue was we were on The third floor and had some water pressure issues with the toilet but it was still working 👍 just low pressure, shower ran fine stayed here before never had any issues with safety or anything crazy room was clean friendly staff close to the parks affordable
