Perfect Anaheim Location
The house is perfect for any family visiting Anaheim. It's just a short drive to Disney and/or Knott's Berry Farm and so many little amenities made it a home away from home.

Very nice house for Disney trip
Very beautiful house. Very close to Disneyland where we spent most of our time. Rooms were perfect for kids, including the Lightning McQueen toddler bed my daughter loved. Corner house on semi busy street can be pretty loud at night, though expect Disney fireworks. Thank you for hosting us and being communicative.

Our family of 6 stayed for a week. Our kids 2yrs thru 8yrs old had a blast. The large fenced in yard with the swingset was great for them to run around and play after being cramped up in the car! The owners were easy to communicate with via email or text. Definitely a home away from home.

Great Lodging for Disneyland & LA
We had a great stay here while visiting Disneyland and LA. The historic house is in great condition, has wonderful amenities/appliances, and was the perfect place to rest up following very long days in the park/city. The street noise (cars) is real, but something you are able to tune out after day 1.

Lovely home, felt safe and comfortable for our family of 8 - 4 young adults and 4 middle aged. Only a 5 minute drive to Disneyland. Parking was gated and locked on the property. Earplugs needed by some because of the street traffic on one side of the house, but not bad. Found a couple avocados in the driveway from the neighbour's overhanging tree - delicious! There was a gorgeous lemon tree as well :) We didn't get a chance to explore the area by foot, but could see there were many amenities very close by including a Starbucks.

Great location and comfortable home
We did not spend much time at the house, because we closed disneyland each night. It was a quick drive to disneyland. The kids liked yard to run around in. Owners were great and responded very quickly when we had a question. Thankfully we had safe gated parking. House was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great host and great house!
This was my first experience with VRBO and I found myself shocked with how smooth the process was. Marcie was amazing to communicate with and the entire process was so seamless. The house itself was perfect for what we needed and came with so much charm! Very convenient and loved seeing the fireworks from the backyard! Great location for Disney…
The house is pretty much as described. It was clean, spacious, and well supplied. Communication with the hosts was easy, and any special needs were dealt with. It’s only a couple minute drive from Disneyland and the same for medieval times. There is TV service and Internet via Wi-Fi. The only downside about the location is that it is on a fairly major road. This did not bother us, we were able to sleep through the traffic noise without much difficulty; it’s primarily busy during working hours so, early morning traffic and late afternoon traffic. This is more Impactful if you’re in the front bedroom. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. I would recommend it for Disneyland adventures, for sure. It has a nice fenced backyard and plenty to do during the downtime. You can see the fireworks from here, but you have to be appropriately located. it is slightly obscured by trees, but for the most part very visible. Definitely a nice house, old-school charm with updated amenities. This one is staying in my book for future travels!

Quick Trip
We had a quick trip to Disneyland and this place was perfect. It was one exit away, less then 10 minutes during morning traffic. It had a play ground area in the back and my son loved it. The rooms were set up great and the kitchen is huge. We will be back on our next trip to the house of mouse.

Great stay. Back yard is well maintained, secure and protected by high privacy fence with locking walk in gate as well as an automatic gate for car entrance. Grassy area with tree shade and play equipment for children. A great ping pong table in large garage which opens into back yard. Well stocked bathrooms. Air conditioning worked very well. Beds comfortable. Refrigerator water and ice Machine did not work. Living room middle ceiling lights would not turn off completely which we would have preferred. There is street noise. I believe we would stay here again. Overall, it is a lovely, well maintained home. Thank you!

Nice Humble Bungalow
The place was really lovely. Clean beds and Disney sparks of design nods. People complained in some reviews about the car noise outside, but it ( to my family of 6 in total ) wasn't a big deal at all. It's just ambiance IMO. The only thing my family would have liked was better water pressure on the showers. The pressure was pretty low, so washing and shampooing and such was a longer process. Maybe new shower heads that amp the pressure? While minor, we would have loved caffeine-free tea options. There was a can of mint tea- only to be filled with black tea. So- constant stock of Caffeine free, like chamomile would be nice. All in all really nice and cozy and was a quick 10 min trip to Disneyland. Thank you for having us!

Great Place!
We could not have asked for a better place so close to DL. The house was clean with a closed in backyard/driveway that made everyone feel safe. Neighborhood is old with run down apartments right across the street, but we felt fine when on property. Beds were comfortable, house was well heated, plenty of blankets, loved having a washer and dryer and again, things were so clean! Kitchen was missing some essentials like baking sheets, 9X13 pan, blender (we love our smoothies), plasticware for left overs, but everything else was great. I would recommend for others to stay as well. Thank you for sharing this home!!!

A quick word about the neighborhood; Anaheim is an older city (founded originally by German settlers in the late 1800's) but is well maintained and full of working class folks. Lots of families in the neighborhood and the police station is only a few blocks down Broadway from the home. We feel very safe in and around the property at any time of the day or night. Thank you for letting us know about the missing items, we will get them replaced right away. Birthday celebration
We had the best time staying at this house to celebrate our twins turning 10 at Disneyland. The house was very clean, well stocked with cooking supplies and nice extra touches of games, rain panchos, movies, etc. We truly enjoyed every minute we spent in the home, especially considering the rain storm that came through and delayed our some of the time we planned on spending at Disneyland. Would highly recommend staying at this home again!

Perfect Family Vacation Home
We loved this home. It was within a 10 min uber drive to Disneyland and allowed us to come back from Disneyland for dinner and then return for the evening events. The house has absolutely everything you might need and has a great playroom for all ages of children. It was super clean and easy to access. It was nice to have private parking with room for several cars. The owners were easy to work with and was just an email away. Thank you for helping make the first trip to Disneyland a great family adventure. It was perfect for 4 children and 4 adults!

Excellent location to enjoy Disneyland and the Anaheim Packing District. The house is so close to Disney and such easy access that we actually came back to house mid-day for a rest and then returned to the park. The off-street parking is great. Great game room setup in garage. It’s better than advertised!

Great place to stay. Perfect size and location for our group of 8. Very clean and well taken care of. We didn’t spend very much time at the house as we spent all of our time at Disneyland but while we were at the house we felt comfortable and safe. The noise from the main road that run by the house was the only negative but that wasn’t a surprise to us.

Great Vacation Rental!
Great location and size! This worked well for our family of 6 and everyone had room to spread out. After long days at Disneyland it was nice to come back and everyone could take a shower and we never ran out of hot water! Convenient having a fast washing machine and dryer as well so we weren't waiting all day for our clothes to get cleaned. It was nice having the basic necessities available so we didn't have to run out. Loved the beautiful Christmas tree and little touches of Disney decor throughout! Thanks again for letting us stay there and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Great for our Needs
This was the perfect location and size for us. We were two families, each with two young kids between 3-8 years old, looking for a house close to Disneyland. The house's location was perfect as it's about a 5 minute drive to Disneyland and a quick drive to Target/grocery stores as well. All four kids stayed in the kids' room and they loved it. We also appreciated having the big yard and play structure where the kids could safely run around while the parents relaxed after a long day at Disneyland. We just have two recommendations/things to note: 1) the bedroom facing the main street (W. Broadway) is extremely loud due to traffic noise (loud cars zooming by all throughout the night), so it was very hard for us to stay asleep. Understandably, this is not the house/owner's fault as it's to be expected when located next to a main street, but maybe at some point, dual pane windows could help buffer the traffic noise; 2) there was limited flatware and dishware for a group of 8, so we had to make sure we did a load of dishes every night otherwise, we were left with no plates or utensils to use in the morning for breakfast. Aside from these two points, we really enjoyed our stay at this house and will likely recommend it to friends who are looking to make a trip to Anaheim/Disneyland in the near future!

One of the charms of the home is its historical significance. As a registered historic home we are required to keep the original single pane casement windows. We are looking into ways to double the panes from the inside but haven't found a solution we like yet. Your input is important, however, so we appreciate it. Thank you as well for letting us know about the dishes and flatware!!

We were looking for a house in a pinch as our home was flooded and we couldn’t stay there. The property managers were super accommodating and friendly. They answered all of our (many) questions! The kids had a blast! The garage was an amazing shaded play area for the kids. Parking would be challenging if there were more than 2 cars. Otherwise, the property is clean, well managed, and I’d highly recommend this home to any out of towners looking for Disney adjacent homes! It was closely located to a lot of our local favorites like M&M donuts and the beach!

Great socially-distanced get-away
We needed a change of scenery for our toddler. This property was perfect for a short get away. The house was clean and comfortable. Best of all there was plenty for our daughter to do - stuffed animals, a backyard, balls, art station, wading pool, tricycle, puzzles/games, and the swingset. Nice location, easy walk to downtown Anaheim for takeout. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Stay Especially for Kids!
This place was perfect for our 4 kids and 3 adults. The kids enjoyed the swing-set and all the toys and games in the garage which kept them entertained so the adults could relax. This was close to Disneyland (we drove and parked). What was also great about this rental was they had everything, and I mean everything. We have stayed at a lot of places in the past where we've had to run out and buy things we needed but we did not have to in this case as they had everything stocked and ready and even had a little gift basket of kids snacks and drinks ready. Little additional things also made this rental great with the extra plugs by the bed to charge electronics (can't tell you how many other places I've been to where I've had to hunt to find places to plug in phones, etc.). Those are the little things that made this rental above and beyond that they thought of everything. Thank you again and we will definitely look this place up next time we are in town!

Great house, not as close to Disney as it sounds though. Little noisy.
The house is great, all was clean, check in and check out were easy. The only down side was the walk to Disney was alot further than we thought by reading the description. You will definitely want to Uber, which is a problem if you need car seats (what do you do with them when you get to Disney??). The only other negative was the house sits on a pretty busy corner. The traffic noise is pretty loud. Bring your ear plugs! Otherwise, the house is a great little stay in Anaheim. Close to the packing district, which was a super cool spot as well! Snacks upon arrival were awesome as we had a hungry toddler! :)

Thank you MIa for the review. Mia is correct, the home is a 1 mile walk to Disneyland or a 3 min drive to the Disney and Friends Parking lot. When asked we always suggest our guests drive or uber to the park. After a long day of walking through Disneyland, especially with little ones, the walk to and from the house can feel very long. She is also correct it is on a busy corner which can be loud at times but that is disclosed in the listing for the home and the front two rooms are the only ones that usually pick up the noise from the street. Part of the charm of the home is its age and its historic significance. Even though it has been completely restored and updated, the City of Anaheim will not allow us to upgrade to double paned windows along the street (those are not in the original 1916 design so not allowed) without loosing our historical designation as a landmark for the city. So the occasional noise from the street is just part of the experience :)

The home was great for my family and I , and it met all our needs. We rented the home for our daughters 5th birthday to Disneyland and California adventures, and it was an awesome home to stay in for our little vacation. The home is so close to Disneyland , it made it so convenient to get back and forth with little ones. The home is clean, and spacious for everyone to feel comfortable. Renting this home really beats staying in a hotel when you have young children. The garage equipped with so many fun things to do, gave us all something to do when we were at the home hanging out. I really liked how we were able to park our car inside the gate, that made us all feel safe, making it very convenient coming and going. I would highly recommend this home, we will definitely be booking this home again for our next time to Disney. My husband , kids and I really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The yard was perfect and we loved the secure, gated parking. Road noise was quite loud due to being on a busy street, but a white noise machine helped drown it out. This was a great location for our Disney vacation!

Great accommodations close to Disney!
Overall I would give this property 4.5 stars. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could need. Owners were very responsive and check-in was seamless. The house is literally 1.2 miles from the parks and took us under 5 minutes to get too. Two turns and two stop lights. The house is on a very busy street and we did experience a lot of road noise, which may be a factor for some families. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. We had a much better experience in this cute little house (which isn't really all that small) than we would have crammed into a hotel room or two. It was much more economical and we felt very comfortable and at home. It was great!
