Great location

Family Disney
This house accommodated all of us very well.Although walkable to Disney entrance, a short walk to the Holiday Inn for the ART bus to transport us to Disney was great for us because of the ages of some of our group. We would have appreciated more information in the house about how to navigate the bus system. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day of activity.

Fun Disneyland Experience
The house was everything we hoped for! It's close to the Disney parks which allowed us to go back and forth from the house to give the little ones a rest. The amenities are perfect and served our needs totally. Everything was clean and ready to use. The bedrooms gave our nine member party ample space to chill out. Everyone enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Overall our experience was five stars!

It’s good and bad
House was nice. Few items showing age of home and some maintenance issues. Mold on shower ceiling was yucky but the hot tub helped us to try forget about it. Couch stunk! However we enjoyed the backyard amenities greatly and it was close to the convention center. It’s a bit confusing getting the VRBO on the app and then having multiple contracts to sign sent over. They asked for each guests name, phone number and age. The rules are over the top and add a big stress level to the trip. They are posted all over the house. Our guests respected the rules thankfully but it did provide a lot of anxiety and caused us to scrutinize the property more than we normally would. I took pictures on the first day to make sure we would be covered from all the threats of fines that are listed in the contracts. All in all this is a place for quiet visitors who need the space and proximity to Disney/convention center. Very noisy neighbors during the day.

Great location, tidy neighborhood
We walked to a Disneyland Hotel event in 15 minutes. The house is dog eared and needs tender loving care. It comes with lots of rules - some driven by Anaheim and some by management and warnings of penalties at every turn.

Great house for big families w/ kids
We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids aged 5 to 56. The house was great for us. There a few minor issues here and there, but nothing major and therefore we didn’t bother the host/maintenance with it during our stay. Pros: We weren’t expecting smart tv’s. It was a nice surprise. The house was very clean. It is definitely walking distance from Disneyland, but be wary: the walk will feel VERY long after a full day at the park. It took our group about 25 minutes to walk. The quiet hours were great because it kept us from having noisy neighbors. The host and crew were very responsive and made the entire process so easy. Couple of notes for the host: we feel the front door needs some kind of covering on it. It feels too exposed to have a big window with no curtain, especially at nighttime. The right side of the toaster does not work. I noticed another tenant posted about that in their review. The left side works, but the sliding control is very touchy. It popped off a couple times when we used it. Not a big deal, it went right back on. No pepper or cooking spray in the cabinet…I feel like those should be included in the starter kitchen supplies? The laundry washer sounds like it has a screw loose. It kicked occasionally while we were washing our towels before checking out and it’s very loud. It only did it a couple times and fixed itself each time. Overall, I would stay here again. Having a private space and pool for our family beats a hotel any day.

Cozy and convenient!
Cozy place with nice amenities, game room, and pool. So convenient to Disneyland and quiet at night after Disneyland fireworks. Management and maintenance are very responsive. Second stay on this street with them and will be staying again in the future. Thank you!

Great location but dang the rules!
The location was very convenient to Disney. We walked it in less then 30 minutes. Everywhere you looked around the house was a nasty gram about a rule and that if you broke it how much the fine was! $100 if not all remotes in the basket on the table, fine if plumber is needed, fine if outside after 10, fine fine fine!! There are nicer ways to let visitors know of the different requests! Pool towels have to be clean when you check out. If you don't check in on the ap your door code doesn't work. Every rental I have ever had once you have signed all the docs and jumped through the hoops you get the code and are good to go! Said could take 3-4 weeks to return my deposit! Is that reasonable??

Great distance from Disney!
We walked to/from Disney each day with little kids and grandparents. The couch was perfect to fit our group as well as the dining room table. We would stay here again :) Comments for the management - the right side of toaster doesn't work, the washing machines shakes violently even with towels evenly balanced and the house could use additional forks.

Could use a cleaning
Pros: Location to Disney Park was great. Pool/Hot tub great. Lots of space for 3 families. Cons: not sure why there is a cleaning fee. The cleaning is a quick surface clean. No one is certainly cleaning properly. Spider webs and spiders/bugs everywhere. Killed 3 in 5 min in on of the rooms. Had webs with spiders in one bathroom and when turned shower on in hall washroom bugs literally came out of the drain. Garbage bins all full and wreaked with flies everywhere. Whoever you pay to clean, you should replace. Kitchen cabinet doors gross, Dishwasher gross. patio door to pool was so dirty and like that upon checking in. Looks like it hadnt been wiped in a year.

Perfect for our family
Loved the location near Disneyland. Easy drive to Disneyland. I gave a 5 star for the fact it was clean and nice quiet neighborhood. We stayed for 4 nights and had children and adults. Didn’t really use the home much as we had full days at Disneyland. The layout of the home was nice and we used all 5 bedrooms. The rules were pretty strict, but we basically just slept at the house. As in previous reviews we enjoyed the hot tub, but back yard could use a good trimming and overall cleaning. Also they might need weekly pesticide for the huge spiders. Master bedroom was added on and is nice, but it was warm and no ventilation from outside. Beds could use memory foam for comfort. We all had sore backs. Not very comfy. Not bad enough for me not to giv a 5 star review though. I thought the property management were helpful and made our visit very nice.

Awesome property
Lovely accommodation and location for a multi generational celebratory holiday. Kitchen was well stocked and the outside eating area was delightful. Plenty of room, the pool,the spa and property for games like pooltable etc. We would definitely visit again and have no hesitation to recommend it.

Large common area, clean & close to Disney
The home is beautiful, very clean, plenty of room for a big family getaway. Close to Disneyland. You can see the fireworks from the front lawn. The swimming pool is heated and beautiful, the hot tub was a perfect touch at the end of a long day. Cons: so many spiders… my husband killed 3 black widows outside near the game room where the kids would go play, and several spiders in the house. Game room isn’t air conditioned, so very hot and moldy smell. Not fun, because not useful in the heat. So I wouldn’t count the game room as a bonus. The master bedroom is new addition which is beautiful but hot, the AC seems to not reach that room as well so while the rest of the house is cold the master bedroom is hot. The large living room is awesome and big tv. But The bedroom tvs are older and can’t connect to any Netflix or other streaming services. Lastly we pay a hefty cleaning fee $$$$!! And in the end we are still required to cleanup a lot more then a regular old hotel. You have to wash and dry pool towels, wash bath towels, wash dishes and take out all the trash… I know it’s not a ton but why do we pay such a HUGE cleaning fee? Oh yeah and the washing machine was super gross and moldy, actual black mold… yuck and broken. But they did respond when we told them, but we left before it was fixed, and they did come and spray for spiders. Although there were still spiders inside… overall, the house is nice, but with these little things fixed could be an Amazing stay.

Family Friendly Fun!
This property was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. There were 10 of us coming from OR, CA, MN, and Hawaii. This house gave us a comfy place to sleep with plenty of beds, a refreshing pool, central AC and a well equipped kitchen. We walked to Disneyland entrance in 20 minutes with the grandkids ages 5-12 no problem. Property is well managed and there’s well established Check In and Departure procedures with all house rules and other policies clearly stated. The kids really enjoyed the pool on our down days and it was super relaxing for the adults. The backyard has lots of shade so it’s pleasant to be outside even on hot summer days. We enjoyed making some of our meals together and having plenty of dining space to enjoy family time. Game room is basic but kid friendly and well stocked with high chairs and strollers! Great if you have little guys. Highly recommend this property if you have a large group with kids looking for family fun on your Disney vacay!

Comfortable Family Home
This home was perfect for our family of 8. Plenty of space, well furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa and also the game room. The host was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. We walked to Disneyland, it takes about 30 minutes. Others have done Uber which I would recommend. I was expecting the Monorail to be open near the Lego store but it was closed for refurbishment. That would have been a 12 minute walk.

Beautiful, spacious home with awesome pool & hot tub!
My family absolutely loved this home! There were 6 of us - myself, my husband, my in-laws (in their 60s), and my kids (11 & 7), and we stayed for a full week. The home is all on one level, and has tons of space for everyone to spread out, but also come together. The dining table is huge, and the living room sectional is perfect for family movie night. We made great use of the pool and hot tub - the temperature of both was perfect for us. We worked closely with Carolyn for check-in and communications, and she was great! She recommended our first meal to us, which was at the Anaheim Packing district - an upscale and delicious indoor food court. So good! We did 4 days at Disney, and while it is definitely walkable, we ended up Ubering most of the time - it was between $10 and $12 for the UberXL which held all 6 of us. An Uber was always available within 2-3 minutes, and after a full day of walking was a nice treat. Fireworks were clearly visible from the front lawn of the home! As other reviewers noted, there are a lot of "rules" imposed by the city of Anaheim, but we had no issues with them, and appreciated that the owners made them very clear. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone heading to Disneyland. Such a comfortable home away from home!

Family Disney trip
We’re a multi generation family of 10. We wanted to stay altogether for our Disney trip instead of separate hotel rooms. The house was enough space for the littles to run around, the teenagers to play their gaming systems and the adults to sit at the table to laugh and talk. The neighborhood felt safe.

Very clean, plenty of space for 9 people. Five bedrooms were nice. We also used the den as a separate quarter. We rode ART to the main gate in the morning. You catch it around the corner. 3 minute walk. House is about 15 minute walk from downtown Disney. I walked at several times. Swimming pool in jacuzzi are great. Quiet and safe neighborhood with very good view of nighttime fireworks. This was an overall win for our group and the price was right.

Perfect for our family stay in Anaheim
We need a property of this size for the Disney part of our family vacation. Carolyn was a pleasure to deal with on booking and went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed about the property and the area pre-arrival. On arrival, communications was thorough and the house was clean and well equipped as per the listing with plenty of bedding, towels and kitchen equipment. The outdoor pool area is in need of a little TLC but this didn't effect our enjoyment of both the pool and spa. Throughout our stay there were a few things that needed addressing, but Carolyn was super responsive and in one instance the maintenance man was at the door in only a few hours to assist. All in all a great experience and a great start to our vacation - thank you!

Mostly as advertised
The property was mostly as advertised. It is a little older and the beds in some of the rooms were very old and uncomfortable. The house is also very loud. The water heater, walking on the floors, and the trees hitting the house if at all windy. The motion sensor lights that are very sensitive so are on and off all night. There was also some sort of rodent in the wall by master bedroom #2. Property management was responsive and sent an exterminator out but it was there our whole stay. This resulted in family members sleeping on the couch which was really frustrating. The pool and hot tub were great, just plan on about 30 min for the hot tub to heat up.

Perfect
My family of 8 stayed for 4 nights and it was awesome. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the dining room table was perfect for my family. The pool and jacuzzi was a very nice added benefit to relax after a day at Disneyland. We will be booking again next time we go to Disneyland. The walk was a nice quiet walk. Close to Disneyland
Excellent location to Disneyland, easy walk. Layout of house works for families. House needs a Reno, and thorough deep cleaning. Quite beat up and dirty baseboards and other areas. House smells musty, takes sometime to get hot water. Needs a new washer. Dishwasher, and wine bottle opener among a few other things. It definitely works, but certainly would be nice to have it fixed up for the rental cost and the cleaning fee.

Convenient Location nice pool and spa
House was comfortable and was bigger than expected.We enjoyed the pool and spa . Only thing I wish I had known before booking is they hold your deposit for 14 Business days after checkout.It is written in the contract but no where else that I saw until I had already paid .

Great house with plenty of space for a large group
We walked every day to Disneyland in just minutes. Great location, felt safe and neighborhood was quiet. Pool and hot tub were amazing too. Check in and out was really easy. We will definitely be staying again on our next Disney trip.

Close to Disneyland
I rented this home so my family and I (9 people with 5 adults and 4 children) were Disneyland-adjacent, and it worked out really well! The children loved watching movies in the family room and swimming in the pool. Room for improvement — there were only 3 wine glasses, and 1 was broken on arrival. No big deal — we drank wine from the coffee mugs. For the 4 children (8, 6, 4, 2), there wasn’t a way to take a bath because the one bathtub was broken, so everyone showered.

This home was horrible such a disappointment for our yearly family trip to Disney next time we will stay at a resort and forgo VRBO . couldnt get ahold of property mgmnt there was spiders , spider webs everywhere the house wasn't clean. the house was so hot was told we couldnt turn air down or get fined.So many rules everywhere literaly couldn't do anything without being told we would be fined. walked on egg shells whole time there worrying about everything. signs everywhere telling you you cant do anything or will be fined.

Large home near disneyland
The property was spacious and well furnished. We did have some issues with the hot tub not heating up the first night but that wasnt an issue after that. It was extremely close to Disneyland which was great and there were plenty of things to do nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was amazing. I'd go back in a heartbeat! Very well managed home.

Perfect for a Disneyland vacation!
The house was a short 15 minute walk to downtown Disney (perfect for a Disneyland vacation). The house was smaller than it appeared in the listing BUT had more than enough space for our large family of 8. The pool was beautiful and really secluded thanks to landscaping - just be aware for younger kids, it is very deep. Check-in was super easy and the host was incredibly responsive. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again! *One thing you may want to correct in the home - the door to the bedroom that is located next to the family room, has the door knob installed backwards so that you can lock someone in the bedroom (that should probably be fixed).

Great space for a large family and a 15 walk to Disneyland
Overall we had a great experience. Negatives- Some of the beds are quite squeaky and a little uncomfortable and the Anaheim noise rules had me on edge much of the time….especially when we were out by the pool. We adhered to the rules but the outdoor camera and noise detector made me a little uncomfortable. On the plus side- the location is excellent, the house, pool and hot tub were all very clean and the house is very spacious to accommodate a large family. Also, be aware that while you can see the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard, you can also hear them and they’re very loud even inside the house every night from 9:30-10pm. Overall a great experience for us!

Nice Place…Details To Consider.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and responded quickly to both text and emails. The house was nice and had the rooms and space we needed. A couple things to note: 1, the driveway is extremely narrow and requires navigating around the gas meter for the house and a brick wall on the opposite side. Street parking is not an option, therefore think carefully if you have/rent a midsize or larger vehicle. 2, the mattresses in a couple of the bedrooms leave a lot to be desired, they were thin and/or lumpy. 3, there is a washer and dryer, however the washer has a lot of rust and an odd smell to it and the dryer takes forever to dry even small loads of regular clothes. We had to hang most of the towels outside to dry because after three or more dryer cycles they were still wet.
