Aside from the fact that rooms are a long walk from the reception I had no other issues with my stay.

Room size is too small and exorbitantly charged.Everything else is very good ,particularly the staff etiquette’s.

Very clean property and friendly staff. Central location and everything is easily accessible. Only issue was Whitefield traffic but that is beyond anybody’s control. Overall had a pleasant stay

Excellent property, great location, friendly and helpful staff

I consider myself one of the biggest fans of Taj and its hospitality. Whenever I travel, if there is a Taj property in the city, it is always my first choice. Over the years, I have experienced some truly extraordinary service from the Taj family, which is why writing this review is difficult. Unfortunately, Taj MG Road, Bengaluru was the only disappointing Taj experience I have ever had. We checked in quite late, but when we entered our room, it did not feel ready for a new guest. The bathroom had opened amenities, including an opened shower cap and an opened sanitary packet, making the room appear as though it had already been used. Later that evening, after returning from a party, we asked the front desk whether a delivery person could bring some medicines to our room because we were not feeling well. We were politely informed that visitor hours were over, which we completely understood. We agreed that the delivery could simply be made downstairs. However, what happened next was upsetting. Because my wife was dressed for a night out, the security guard repeatedly stopped us and insisted that "no visitors are allowed." He questioned her three separate times, despite the fact that she was my wife and was a registered guest staying with me.
