The Overlook is a welcoming and scenic 4-bedroom, 2-bath vacation cabin overlooking Georgetown Lake. Designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, it provides an ideal base for year-round recreation, from boating and fishing in summer to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter.

Parking & Access:
Parking is available but limited. During the winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required for safe and reliable access as the driveway is somewhat steep.

Pet Policy (Dogs Only):
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs only. For everyone’s comfort and safety:
Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. This is non-negotiable due to a severe allergy.

No dogs allowed on furniture or beds.

Guests must clean up after their dogs in the yard and surrounding property.

Dogs must not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.

Failure to comply with this pet policy will be considered a violation of house rules and may result in additional cleaning fees and/or immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

The cabin is located within 20 minutes of Discovery Ski Area and close to the historic towns of Philipsburg and Anaconda. The Overlook offers both convenience and tranquility. Families and small groups will find it particularly well-suited for extended stays or seasonal retreats.

Montana Lodging Tax:
Montana requires an 8% lodging tax on all short-term stays (under 30 nights). This is a state-mandated tax, not an additional host fee. The amount will be automatically calculated based on your reservation total and is remitted in compliance with Montana law.
