The stay would have been perfect should have we been informed of ongoing renovations in the hotel. We were also moved twice of rooms because the AC did not work... staff was so nice so i want to give them credits for that, but otherwise it was disappointing...

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great. Omelettes made to order. Only negative aspect of buffet was that it could use a few more breakfas selections , such as bacon and potatoes. Roof bar was beautiful but pool was more like a hot tub, which was very disappointing. Location is fabulous.

Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were extremely polite and welcoming. Front desk were very kind to arrange an early check-in without additional charge.
The hotel is in a great location on walking street, so you are not far from many shops, restaurants, tourist sites etc.

This our third time at the Rex . They really make the effort for a nice stay . The pool is perfect , the am breakfast is extensive and tasty . The location in the heart of D1 surpasses staying at the VINhome complex ( we have done that as well )
