Room is huge, nice and cosy. We can see the dragon bridge from our balcony. Breakfast buffet comes in a wide spread

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is well designed and maintained. The pool area looks nice but I never took the time to enjoy. The breakfast was excellent with great selection of high quality foods available. The staff provide great helpful service.

I’m writing to share my experience from my recent stay. There were a few issues I’d like to bring to your attention: - *Late check-in & bedding*: We arrived late and found the twin-bed room only had one pillow per bed. Typically we expect two pillows per bed. - *Bathroom safety*: The room has a bathtub, but when we showered, water splashed all over the floor. The floor became extremely slippery and was a fall hazard when stepping out. - *Toiletries*: The body wash and shampoo bottles looked identical with no labels. It was confusing and we didn’t know which was which. - *Room condition*: The room was not very clean and had a strong unpleasant odor. - *Maintenance*: We left a note for housekeeping that the fridge wasn’t working, but no one addressed it during our stay. - *Breakfast area layout*: The setup is quite awkward. As soon as the elevator opens, you’re directly facing a long communal table. Guests eating there can see you immediately, which felt uncomfortable. That said, I did enjoy the breakfast itself. The food was nice and fresh. The staff member in the breakfast area, Nguyên Long, was very polite, helpful, and kind. Her service was a bright spot in our stay. Overall, due to the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues, I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends at this time.
