Lots of improvements needed. When I arrived at the hotel in an autorickshaw, the security guard, for no apparent reason, advised the driver that he was not allowed into the hotel car park. Hence I had to get out on the road, at night, & take my luggage out & then take this to the hotel. There appeared to be no apparent reason for this & the reception staff confirmed that the security guard should have let us inside.
My key card stopped working for three days - despite several attempts for staff to fix this. There was a small leak of water from the shower and the surrounds from the power sockets fell off. Room service was substandard: Soap was not replaced - the same bar of soap was in the bathroom for 7 days. Also the floor was not cleaned on at least 2 occasions.
The multigym machine in the gym appears to have parts missing & on one occasion, the AC was switched off. I informed management but it was not fixed by the time I had completed my workout 20 minutes later. Keeping fit in 38 degrees was a challenge.
Checkout took far too long- I was the only person at reception. Also the reception staff advised my taxi had not arrived. 10 minutes later they stated it had arrived - the driver then advised me he had been waiting for 20 minutes. This of course lead to a lot of stress as I thought I was going to miss my train - I made it by about 1.5 minutes.
Due to the above problems, I would not stay here again and would certainly not recommend anyone else stay here.
