Not in a great neighborhood. No good dinner nearby. My room had no hot water in bathroom. Room was very cold so they brought me a space heater.

Ma'am,Every room in the hotel is equipped with water heater and so was yours.On the first day of your stay you forgot to switch it on.and could not get hot water.On subsequent days you did avail of this facility and got hot water. Since it was too cold, you were provided with room heater as well. During your visit, hotel's kitchen was under maintenance. Now it is fully functional.

Booked a family room, it was clean and spacious. Most importantly it was safe. Woud definitely visit again
