Amorgos The Olive Garden "by the sea”

From our house you can walk on the picturesque neighborhood of Ksylokeratidi, where you can find restaurants and cafes by the sea, stroll along the beautiful beach of the Katapola bay, admiring the sunset and reach the main village in just 500 meters.

On the northern tip of Katapola bay, our house is located on a privileged spot,right in front of the sea - without any road in-between. On a property of 9 acre meters surrounded by a beautiful garden, you can find peace and quite in our newly restorated accomodation. looking at the bay of Katapola and the open sea, you will experince the beauty of the sunrise and sunset colours shimmering to the crystal waters.

A walkable distance from the house is the sandy beach of Maltezi to the north and of Katapola to the south, whereas Ayios Panteleimonas, an amazing rocky spot for a refreshing swim on beautiful clear waters, is just a few meters away.

By taking a small boat that runs daily routes, you arrive at Plakes rocky beach for amazing view to open sea.

The Olive Garden "by the sea", an old stone house renovated in 2018-2019 by the Amorgos Architects team, with its exceptional view and location, is a little gem reaching all your expectations.

As usual with the team, great care has been taken that all materials and appliances are eco-friendly and respect the typical character of the house: stone floors, wooden ceilings, marble sink, stone wash-basin,bronze faucets and accessories.

It consists in an open space large studio that can accommodate up to 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children) thanks to the traditional wooden mezzanine ideal for the younger ones.

In the ground floor part, you will find a kitchen corner fully equiped (cooker with oven, fridge with deep freezer, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, dishes, cooking tools, silverware, etc.) and a living space with a built-in sofa, flat screen TV, sound system, old style stove, A.C., ceiling fan, hand made wooden furniture, one king size douple bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

From the living, a traditional ladder leads you to the mezzanine loft (1.40 height) with its own little windows and 2 single beds.

In front of the house is a large verandah with a pergola, where you can find a counter-top with a stone sink and a cabninet hiding the washing machine, and of course all the furniture to enjoy it as an outdoor living room.

All of it, inside and outside, with the most amazing views on the sea and the picturesque cycladic landscape, in the middle of a garden, just a few meters from the can you dream more?
