"For the price the hotel was very good. Lady at reception decided our room was too cold when we arrived (she came up to give an extra pillow we requested) so moved us to a different room. Staff cleaned our room every day. Very good service"

"We stayed here for a duration of four days and found everything to be absolutely spot-on. The only hiccup was finding the entrance to the car park in the first place, as the roads are quite narrow, and the entrance is not immediately obvious if you have not been there before, but after parking close by to the main entrance and making enquiries at the hotel reception all was revealed. The hotel itself is very central and not much more than a five minute walk to the local railway station. Everything was spick and span/clean and tidy, and pretty much as it should be, all in all I would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying there again."

"A real gem of a hotel. Our room was beautiful, fabulous bathroom and so quiet. Lovely comfortable bed. The staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. I for got my phone charger and they found one for me to borrow. The location is perfect for exploring the city especially the Christmas market and Cathedral. "
