"My husband and I stayed here for one night while visiting friends that lived nearby. We were incredibly impressed with how clean the hotel was and how well it was overall maintained. We did have a problem initially with our door key fob, but the manager came up with us and had it attended to within minutes. I've noted in my review that the area around the hotel is not the best, however, sadly that is not to the fault of the hotel, but just the current state of affairs in downtown Windsor. Staff here was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was amazing (especially the warm cinnamon buns) and we would definitely return again. "
