"Perfect Vermont cabin for family getaway. Great location, less than 15 minutes to skiing at Okemo but far enough removed that you feel like you’re away from it all. Great views from the cabin of the lake and mountains. Sharon and Paul were such gracious hosts. They had games and activities set up for the kids at the cabin. We had some major winter weather over our stay and they were giving us regular condition updates."

"We had a great weekend stay here. The house is 10 minutes from Jackson Gore, which was perfect for us. The house sits directly on Lake Rescue, and you have a beautiful view of the lake. We did not do any walking/skating on the ice this time, but it would be very easy to do if you wanted to. The house is well equipped with what you need to cook and eat in. There is a cozy gas fireplace. Tom and Patricia were great hosts and were very communicative and responsive. Would happily stay again! "
