"Extremely loud in every room! Wind and outside noises. "

"Could not check in until hours after check-in time. Could not reach front desk or anyone on the phone. I even tried calling housekeeping before arrival just to speak with a person for a couple questions. There is a pool and hot tub that was nice. The suite was nice. Overall very frustrating. Communication was the worst i have ever experienced. No one seemed to care. The inconvenience was like it was nothing. Hospitality did not exist. Hoping it was just a really bad weekend. "

"The room was clean and that wasn’t the concern however the fridge did not work the tv was very small and did not work very well and the internet was awful. I feel like they should at least provide free breakfast for the price the pool was very small but it’s good for small children though it was very cold even though it says heated I ended up leaving the after the first night even though I paid for 2 nights the elevators also randomly stopped working do we had ti Carry everything down the steps "

"Room was comfortable and spacious. Check in was fast and easy. There was an annoying buzxing sound coming from tbe jacuzzi. But otherwise, it was a pleasant experience."
