"Wonderful place to stay, had a great time lots of instruments to try, had lots of space to spread out and hangout, the hot tub was very nice and clean. Overall had a fantastic stay the lighted walkway is amazing! All the amenities available where also great, Jon was a great host and we had a great time speaking with him!"

Lee provided some fresh eggs, cranberry bread, and fresh butter. Looking to stay again next year when my daughter graduates!"

"This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. Holes in the walls & doors, burn marks on the counters, dirty table cloth. Bathrooms were filthy. No shades on 90 % of the windows & no curtains at...

"This was a terrific spot if you're a parent visiting your UMass student. The location was very convenient, plenty of room at the house, good for a group. The pictures on the website accurately depicted the property (not always the case). If our daughter wasn't graduating, we would probably book it again."

"Clean, responsive host, 1 bedroom & 1 bath on each floor, beautiful quiet setting, near quaint towns & amenities like grocery stores, gas stations & restaurants, not far from I91. We stayed here to attend our kids' college graduation near Amherst and this location was perfect for that. It was close enough to get to graduation events on time yet away from the traffic and graduations crowds."

"This looked like a lovely property online but was even more gorgeous in person. The house was spotless, warm and inviting. Many areas to sit and enjoy the sound of the birds. The host was great. Obviously enjoying sharing her hospitality and wanting my stay to be memorable. I hope to be able to go back around Christmas."

"We had the most perfect stay during our home renovation. We needed a place last minute, and we couldnt have found a more perfect house. The backyard was perfect for play and the house was super comfortable. We stayed for a week and we loved how easy it was to get to Whole Foods, Target, and Trader Joe’s. As a local, if we ever have friends in the area visiting, I would definitely recommend this VRBO."

The three teens we had especially enjoyed the fire pit, making s’mores and just hanging out. Our hosts were very communicative, thoughtful, and helpful."
