The cozy space features 1 queen bed and 1 child bed, perfect for a small family or a couple looking for a lovely getaway on the water. Enjoy modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a hair dryer, as well as a relaxing shower in the bathroom. Park right in front of the property in the designated space. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and unwind in this peaceful retreat. Steps away from the beautiful lake and 2 minute drive to the marina. Bring your paddle boat, kayak or canoe - and have a blast! We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

    Centrally located, only 10 minutes from historic Newburyport and Salisbury beaches, half hour drive to Boston, 35 minutes from BOS (airport), half hour drive up to Kittery Mall in ME and 10 minutes to Tuscan Shopping mall in NH. You will love the peace and quiet - perfect for a relaxing weekend or a summer vacation!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

There is no dishwasher and you will have to wash the dishes at the sink. Please wash all used dishes and leave them on the drying rack. Also, please leave any used towels/sheets on the floor.

Garbage pickup is every Wednesday. You will find the bin between the sun-room and bathroom (outside the house). Please leave the garbage bin by the road. All trash must be inside the bin for pick-up

There is no washer or dryer at the house. There are a few local laundromats (Rinse Cycle Laundromat in Lawrence is one). Or you can wash by hand and use the drying rack (in the sun-room)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The big issue was the listing, which said it could sleep 4 and that it had 2 bedrooms. It cannot and does not. It had one bedroom with one bed, and a 2nd room with chairs in it. Upon complaint, the owner acknowledged the error, informed us that there were air mattresses in the closet, and refunded us one night's stay. It was labor day and there was nowhere else to go, so we made do. The listing has been corrected now, and I can say that otherwise it's a nice place, fully equipped (although oddly lacking a knife), clean and functional.
