BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY
Beautiful property, very well maintained, very clean, decorated perfectly. Many extras! Great location. Everything from booking to checking in and out went smoothly. Owners answered all questions very quickly, it was great working with them.

Perfect
This is an amazing property. The house is spacious and has most everything you need for your stay. The only thing we needed was a larger coffee pot (we drink a lot of coffee) and my daughter just brought us the one from her house. There's an awesome view across the lake, very quiet neighborhood and close to town. Trisha was quick to respond anytime I had a question and was super nice. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully when the weather is a little warmer so we could take full advantage of the outdoor activities. Would give it more than 5 stars if possible.

Great family getaway
We stayed here for a family weekend getaway and it was perfect! Plenty of room for games, the pool table was great entertainment and we were not far from Taylors Falls. Wonderful winter exploring. The house was stocked with anything we would need for the kitchen including a crock pot which was a life saver!

Ice Fishing Trip
This is a spacious and clean property. Trisha is very kind with prompt communication. The location is beautiful right on the water and within 10 minutes of town. This property has several amenities to meet the needs of variety of groups. Repeat customer!❤️

Perfect getaway
This was the perfect New Years getaway with a couple friends and our kids (age range 5-12 yrs). The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed: plenty of bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, dishes/cookware/tupperware for us to cook all weekend. There were plenty of things to do indoors: games, tv, darts, etc. It was a cooler weekend but we made time for a bonfire. The yard and lake was private and peaceful. We saw bald eagles! We walked over to the park with the kids. I'm sure it's even more fun during the warmer weather. Lastly, Trisha was quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend this gorgeous home.

Great home for a family gathering
Highly recommend! We were in town for a wedding and the home was perfect. In addition to sleeping accommodations, there are numerous places for groups to gather with plenty of space. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well appointed. Trisha was very responsive to questions I had prior to our visit. We’d love to return when we have more free time to take advantage of the lake activities.

Awesome place!
We had such a great time at the cabin. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot for all of us to stay and be together for the wedding!

Great Spot for Friends/Family
We had 6 adults and 6 kids in our group and had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable with ample blankets/pillows. Plenty of games/water toys/towels. The property does have AC which was great for a hot weekend. We had everything we needed to just enjoy togetherness comfortably. We had dinner at Amery Ale Works one night and were delighted by what a lovely outdoor spot they have. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Fantastic!
This house was amazing! So spacious, there was a place for everyone no matter what you wanted to do. Finished basement with tons of activities. They had a dart board, pool table, foosball table, poker table, wet bar, games, and lots of space. Outside had a boathouse with a set of bago boards, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a lily pad, and plenty of life jackets. Overall, our family loved this house and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous Stay at Amery Lakeside Retreat!
Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lakeside Retreat in Amery Wisconsin! From the very start, property owner Trish was great to work with, so helpful and patient with our many questions about the house, giving detailed directions on how to spot the driveway for this secluded property. Upon entering the house, I knew right away that we had a good week ahead. It was spotless and fresh. The kitchen well laid out and fully equipped with cookware, dishes, flatware and glasses. Appliances extremely new and sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable, the towels plush and plentiful, and the linens crisp. The huge windows in the living room beautifully frame the gorgeous views of the surrounding lawns, the docks, and the lake beyond. There were areas to lounge on each of the four levels providing quiet spots for anyone needing a break away from the group fun. We particularly enjoyed the game room in the walkout level and the screened porch just off the kitchen. In the evenings we rotated between the two, playing pool, darts and foosball in the game room and card games on the screened porch, enjoying the evening breeze. And the lake... We spent hours bobbing in the clear water on the "floaties" we brought with us. The kayaks, the big lily pad and the standing paddle boards thoughtfully provided by our hosts were also a hit! Truthfully this was one of the best places our group has enjoyed on our annual trips. (If not THE best.) We will be back!

Wonderful!
Communication with owners was fantastic. This place is huge, clean, and great for multiple families. We did bring a large frying pan and could have used a few more spatulas. No complaints just letting others know to bring your own if you will be needing them.

Family lake trip
It was a great place to spend time with family. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house was super clean and inviting. Plenty of water toys were provided that kept everyone in the water all day. We had a great time and a perfect stay.

We were absolutely impressed with everything about our stay here. Communication was fantastic leading up and during our stay. The game room was perfect for our group - but honestly we loved the whole cabin! ❤️ The honking geese outside were hilarious to listen to also!

Perfect family escape
My husband and I, our children and their significant others, and our 3 and 4 yr old all had exactly the stay we were hoping for! Room to spread out for the different age groups, but lots of places to gather and enjoy family. I’ve fishing for those who wanted, snowmobiling, and then evenings of games, meals shared and simply relaxing. We can’t wait to come again. We even saw beautiful trumpeter swans on the little creek that runs by the house!

Cozy getaway with a view
We used this as home base for a family get together and it didn’t disappoint! It was shoveled out and ready for our crew, even with a requested earlier check in time. House was immaculate including the showers/bathrooms. Beautiful bunks and a “mom and dad” room with an extra twin size. On the next level was another great set up for a different family. To round out our big group, our friends and their infant stayed up on the master with a gorgeous view. The beds all had plenty of high end linen on them that kept us toasty even in the Wisconsin cold. Kitchen was very well stocked including crock pot, cookie sheets. Only recommend a bigger family size frying pan. Otherwise, truly wouldn’t change a thing about it. A lot of stairs but after eating so well, we all needed to go up and down them a few more times. The game room set up was perfect for everyone from our youngest to oldest (14 year old). Pool table and foosball table were a hit. Smart TVs we’re great to login at the end of the night to let the kids wind down and allow adults to relax. They truly didn’t miss a thing! Would highly recommend a stay!

Fun weekend
We was there during the winter with the beautiful snow and lake outside, cozy place to be with friends and family, game room in the basement with a view. Everything was better than what we have expected. Would love to see this place during the summer

Beautiful location and house!
This house was even more beautiful than in the pictures! Trisha was extremely helpful even before we confirmed our stay, as we were figuring out whether the location would work for a small (9 people) management staff retreat. The house was perfect, including the beautiful and private property. There were plenty of places for us to both gather together and have a little privacy when needed. The beds and linens were top notch and very comfortable, and the whole house was sparkling clean. It was very well-appointed and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you!

Great location and host
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It’s a quick drive from the metro area. The cabin was clean and well stocked with games (and a pool/game room in the lower level). The set up of the cabin was great for 2 families with kids. The kids could have their own living/sleeping area while the adults had separate (but connected) spaces. The property is positioned right next to a damn, which was quite mesmerizing. There was also a park with a playground that the kids enjoyed. There were small touches (welcome binder, little picture frames with Wifi password, welcome s’mores basket, etc) throughout the cabin that were wonderful. Trisha was very responsive the times I reached out to her! We would definitely stay there again!
