A short distance from Orta San Giulio, in the municipality of Ameno, overlooking Lake Orta.
The apartment has an independent entrance and is on two floors. It offers on the ground floor the kitchen, the dining room with fireplace and the laundry room. Outside in the cool courtyard garden furniture and barbecue. On the first floor the living room, two bedrooms, the bathroom and a balcony. It can accommodate up to seven people plus an infant in a cot. The house is equipped with every accessory at your disposal.

The car is necessary to discover the rich artistic and cultural heritage. The town of Orta, inserted in the most beautiful villages in Italy, maintains its ancient charm intact with the characteristic historical center animated by bars, restaurants, wine bars and typical shops. Opposite Orta is the enchanting island of San Giulio, an oasis of peace and serenity enhanced by the basilica dedicated to the patron saint. On the hill overlooking the town you can visit the Sacro Monte, recognized as a world heritage site. Lake Orta is located in a strategic area that will allow you to easily reach other important places of interest such as the peaks of the Alps or Valsesia, Lake Maggiore, large cities such as Milan, Turin and Genoa, or the Langhe vineyards del Monferrato. You can practice many sports on the lake as well as numerous walks on bicycle and on horseback. The area offers many attractions also for food and wine lovers. Nearby is Villa Crespi by chef Cannavacciuolo with three Michelin stars.

Wunderbarer Blick auf den See...

Das mittelalterliche Steinhaus bleibt auch bei Hitze schön kühl und ist vorwiegend gut restauriert. Auf der Galerie sitzend schaut man in den Innenhof und auf ein benachbartes Kirchlein. Sehr romantisch. Küche ist nicht besonders gut ausgestattet, es gibt zwar eine Kochplatte mit Gas, aber keinen Herd. Die Außenanlagen sind toll, riesiger Garten mit Terrasse, Blick auf See und Monte Rosa Massiv. Man teilt sich die Anlagen mit anderen Gästen, da es sich weniger um ein Ferienhaus als um eine Ferienwohnung handelt. Ist aber genug Platz für alle. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil, nette Gastgeberin, kinderfreundliche Umgebung. Lädt zum Wiederkommen ein.
