So many trainees - for a high class hotel was shocked on how little training had taken place and I get the impression there is a high staff turnover rate.

Yes our room was in a location with excellent views. The owner of the hotel was most helpful as were all the staff. My only concern is that although my wife and I are in our eighties and still relatively fit the steep stairs could prove a challenge for some. Can’t wait for our next visit.

"I didn’t like that our room had a malfunctioning toilet and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. We asked about repairing the toilet and put up a room tag on the room door to request cleaning but nothing was cleaned out toilet kept running."
