"Monica was such a great host! I wish I could give a 6-star rating if there was one. Her whole family waited late and greeted us on a cold rainy night. Our car had some scratches and I asked them what store in Italy we could buy stuff to rub off the scratches before we return the car the next day. "Checked in early and we got a room without waiting. Our VIP Access status was recognized and received a free drink for each person in the room. The room was nice, comfortable and clean with nice soaps. The breakfast was also good. We had to check out early before breakfast started and the staff was so helpful to give us two takeaway bags upon checking out. The location was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel."
