"The property is beautiful and the rooms decorated so nicely. Abraham was incredible and so attentive our entire 3 day stay. He was definitely the highlight for us. The rest of the staff was fine, but not overly warm or friendly which was a contrast to what we had experienced at other places in Morocco. "

House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. "The Riyad is in the outskirts of Marakesh, it is self contained, with ornate gardens, pine, olive, mango and lemon trees and excellent decor. It has outdoor swimming pool and Jaccuzi; spa facilities are available on request. The hosts are very hospitable and served us very good quality food.The rooms are nice, comfortable and well serviced. It is ideal for prople who want a few days out of the bustle of the city and relax. The manager was very kind to organise transportation for all the outdoor activitiies we needed to do. If you are happy to pay the extra bit for the transportation, this is the ideal place to be in. We really enjoyed the stay. "

"The Lights went out on our first night but came back after 2 hours or so. The hotel is far from amenities. We travelled in December and the hotel was empty with one or two other guests during our stay. The weather was cold in Marrakech. The staff were pleasant and professional, especially Munir and the room service lady. "
