The room was freezing, the windows were very thin, once the heater stopped the room became a freezer, ESPECIALLY the bathroom, there was a window right by the toilet.
First night, when opened bed cover, bed smelled like fish. Called to inform front desk, they immediately switched out our room.

The hotel was very good, but the receptionist (Ashley), was very heavy, apparently she didn't have a good day. When you arrive at a hotel, the person who receives you should be friendly and give you a feeling that you are welcome, but it was not like that, what a shame to see people who have a job ...

Room was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Towels were fluffy and fresh. I am sensitive to artificial smells and appreciated that the bedding and towels did not have any scent to them. The keypad on the phone in room 326 does not work.
