The room was spacious and beautiful- one small criticism is the low hanging light over the table which I hit with my head - twice. But a lovely bath and separate huge shower along with high quality towels and robes. Lovely bar, sitting area and restaurant. I sound like an advert - but it was really that good."

Receptionist who had checked us in 10 minutes earlier and helped change our room to correct room refused to recognise me when I asked about free drink on arrival. When she finally accepted who I was she then stipulated that the offer was only for accor hotel members. I showed I was a classic accor member then she said only open to silver members....
