"Breakfast was very filling. Staff kept every item full. Made sure coffee was plentiful. Sauna, hot tub, and pool relaxing after a ling day. The bed was very comfy!"

"We’ve had better stays here, main issue was miscommunications between staff not being on the same page. The restaurant which is not run by the hotel technically is a mess with charges trying to upsell you and we were brought the wrong food, again lack of communication between staff. So if you eat here make sure you watch for that and double check your check. If they ask you if you’d like bread or any side extra’s just know nothing is complimentary."

"Convenient location to Mt. St. Helens, Moulton Falls Regional Park, and Cedar Creek Grist Mill. We appreciated that dogs were allowed in special assigned rooms. If you want a balcony and a river view, you have to travel without your pup. The lovely garden path in the rear of the property has an incredible view of the river. It was a secret garden oasis in a busy part of town. Trains could be heard throughout the night, even with the air conditioner running—bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. Front desk staff were super friendly and the breakfast had everything expected: hard-boiled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, some fruit, some bread and bagels, and okay coffee (powdered creamer only, my only real complaint). We would stay here again."

"The staff were so dedicated, welcoming, supportive and respectful. I traveled 4 hours for my doctor’s appointment and I wasn’t feeling good. The staff answered my questions, I felt understood and comfortable. The environment was perfect, it made me feel less stressed out about being away from home."
