"Property was clean and spacious with good facilities, some basic food prep facilities included although I think some rooms include a kitchen. Easy check in and check out, good communication from Kirsty. Perfect for me on a local business trip. Would recommend and stay again. "

"Property manager forgot to send code for key safe. Managed to get it indirectly by email but no easy contact was forthcoming thereafter. Street door lock cheap and worn. Next door to lobby broken and taped up. Lobby not been cleaned for weeks. Cheap lock on door to apartment. Security practically non existent. Six windows (2 in living room,2 in each bedroom) screwed shut.Not safe , awaiting replacement. Only window that opened for ventilation in kitchen.If open possible to step directly into...

"The booking stated we would receive soap and shampoo. The owner stated that they would not provide shampoo - which I'd not packed. I also had to contact the owner on the evening of our arrival to complain that there was no soap. This was dropped through the letterbox the following morning. The property was not clean. "Great communication before arrival. Upon arriving I was met by a lady who showed me to the apartment. I was very happy with the apartment. Everything I needed for a few days. Parking was no problem as the apartments have their own car park. It us a short drive from shops but you don't have to go miles. Would certainly book again if I'm in the area."

"Spotlessly clean, very spacious apartment,design decor very good . Tiny things to mention - property is actually called “ Wagonway” not “ Old Workhouse “ so can confuse when locating it . Would be good if enough dishwasher tabs were supplied - as a say tiny things"

"We had a wonderful few days in beautiful Rothbury. The apartment was well equipped, cosy and comfortable. Especially like the TV being hidden away. All the neighbours were friendly and the local pubs/restaurants were great. Juliette thought of everything and the stay was totally uneventful, peaceful and relaxing. "Beautiful rooms, hot tub was perfect for us arriving, very comfy bed, great room layout. We opted for breakfast delivered to our room and there was such a lot, bacon sandwiches, fruit, yoghurt, pastries etc. The cabins are laid out in such a way that you forget you have neighbours, so quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing night away. "This property was fantastic, excellent location overlooking the sea. Perfect for 4 couples as each bedroom has its own en-suite/bathroom. Welcome basket of bread, jam, tea, coffee, butter and milk was nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you"
