"Comfortable and clean experience! "

"We stayed at Sandbar Hostel & Hotel in a private room and had a great experience. The room was excellent value and included strong AC, a safe, large TV, private bathroom, private balcony, and clothing rack. Like many hotels in this category, the shower wasn’t fully enclosed so a bit of water splashed onto the mat, but it was very minor. The bed was comfortable (about an 8/10 for me), and the balcony was perfect for drying beach towels quickly. The rooftop patio was a highlight. Watching the sunset with a cocktail was fantastic, and Juan, the bartender, was excellent. The freshwater pool and variety of seating areas made it easy to relax. Service was outstanding. Allen at the front desk was efficient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay top notch. Housekeeping was also excellent, with every clean feeling like a full reset. The attached Sandbar restaurant was reliable and open until 11:00 pm, which is rare in San Pedro and a huge perk after diving. Chuck and Robbie’s dive shop is about 100 feet away, and there’s a grocery store (Kmart) right around the corner. We’d absolutely stay here again."

"Walked into this resort anticipating great quality with services and amenities! Glad to report after our stay that the resort exceeded any expectations I had! Everything was exceptional. The grounds/rooms are very well kept. The food/drinks are delicious! Prices are very reasonable! The staff here go above and beyond, from assisting with luggage, providing helpful information/resources not only about the resort, but the island and many excursions. Resort staff were in communication well before travel day to ensure your journey to the resort is smooth and seamless. The bar staff are SO great! It was a pleasure watching how well this operation ran to ensure all guests are welcomed and comfortable! I am looking forward to booking my next stay! This stay was our first time out of the country (United States), but at Coco Beach Resort, they do a great job of making you feel like you’re home. Thank you so much! "

"Great place to relax and kick back "

"The staff was fabulous! They were helpful, informative, friendly, and funny. The rooms could use a bit of love, but the beds were very comfortable. There was a sandy beach with snorkeling right off the beach. They offered many excursions, arranged our plane from the mainland, rented us a golf cart and kept it fueled. The gift shop has a bit of everything. The food was very good, and the smoothies were delicious. There is a smallish pool, abundant lounge chairs, and live music in the evening. The only thing lacking is a full bar. Beer and wine are available. Our grandkids loved the place and want to go back! "

"Room was spotless. Staff was accommodating. We had to leave early for our flight and they made us a to go breakfast. The place is pristine and very inviting. We would love to go back."

"Very fresh and clean rooms, updated modern decor. Fresh paint, clean! Super friendly staff and very helpful with recommendations. Nice dock for guests to use, great location to walk around. Did not know they had breakfast available, didn’t see any signs or indications of that. Very happy otherwise."
