Amber Mountain National Park Tours and Activities

We stayed for 20 nights and honestly wish we could have stayed even longer. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The reception team, restaurant staff and bar staff were all exceptional and always made us feel at home. Our room (Junior Suite B11) was spotless every day. Housekeeping did an amazing job throughout our stay and everything was maintained to a very high standard. During our holiday we were unfortunately unwell for a short time, and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more caring and supportive. Their kindness made a real difference and is something we will always remember. Towards the end of our stay, our daughter joined us for four nights. The hotel arranged a Deluxe room for her at short notice and helped organise her transport, making everything completely stress-free. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and watching the sunsets from the hotel never got old. This wasn’t just a great hotel, it was a place where the staff genuinely cared about their guests. After 20 nights we felt more like friends than customers. Thank you to Andrick and the whole team for making our holiday so special. We left with wonderful memories and sincerely hope to return one day.

Can there be any more beautiful place than this? Unsure but we were amazed and speechless once we entered the villa. Our awesomeness and surprise was priceless. We could live there forever. It is simply HUGE, so beautifully decorated, the design of all the villas, and that private infinity pool at every villa is mesmerising. The sunset every day and then that night sky, with the Milky Way fully visible. The staff is awesome! So friendly, helpful, such a super quick communication over whatsapp. And the restaurant, what can we say! We enjoyed breakfast and dinner every day! During lunchtime we were away doing tours. But the menu and the food, that great quality. And the cocktails by the restaurant and main pool side and beach. You will always be my top favorite property ever! Staff were super friendly and gave us welcome drinks when we arrived. Food was really nice and they had a large selection of cocktails and mocktails. Only issue was sometimes they would make the cocktails ridiculously strong and the pillows were too hard/large for my liking
