"This is my third time staying here and I have definitely noticed a few things have changed and not for the better. Just seemed to me the customer has to suffer with minimal housekeeping and not the customer service there was before."

"Toilet would not flush unleas you took the back off it and manually flushed it. Told front desk and they did not fix. Anytime anyone used the restroom the back of the toilet had to be taken off and manually flushed"

"This place needs to be shut down!! Clearly the owner only cares about collecting money from customers. The pool has is full of algae. The air conditioner vents were broken, toilet paper covering up the smoke detector graphite on the walls in bath room, no phone, wires coming out of the wall under tv. holes in the chair, bed felt like a brick, tub had a ring around it. toilet paper holder broken off as well as the towel rack in the bathroom. The staff acted oblivious to all the problems blaming the workers for not reporting it. and lastly the elevator buttons or broken off. "

"Jesse was a great host. He reached out in a timely manner with check in instructions and even to allow us to check in early. The house was beautiful and had many things to keep us occupied like the pool, board games, pool table and the arcade games. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and near seaworld which is where we were going. My family and I would definitely visit again. "

"The towels had red stains. Sink and bathtubs were dirty in both rooms. A couple asked if my room was dirty also. Because theres was. I'm still waiting on my refund it's been a month now "

"This waa the worst room I have have been in. I had to leave and stay somewhere else. Normally I don't get the trip insurance because most rooms have basic AC and TV and I'm not picky. When I arrived here, I waited for almost 30 minutes in a hot lobby with no AC because the computer wasn't working. After walking up a dangerous set of stairs with a loose concrete step, I opened my room. The attendant told me there was no cable or wifi. Okay, that's fine, it was a budget room. However, when I tried to turn the fan on, it was broken. The hotel advertised having basic amenities but it did not. The room was almost 75 degrees. I had to leave. I really wish I could get a refund but I was just happy to not stay there. You would have to pay someone to want to stay here. For the price you can get almost any cleaner room with at least basic AC and a working TV. Do not stay here. It is filthy. You will spend all night sweating."
