"I was very surprised as this hotel far exceeded my expectations being a smaller city I was expecting the worst. Even though pics are digital on the website the rooms are exactly like that. Clean updated and staff is very friendly. I accidentally broke two mugs in the room while there but they were very professional about it and didn’t charge me. I will definitely come back again to this hotel if I come back to Ambala. "

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - everything, right from the condition of the rooms to the service of the staff was downright disgusting. The suite was infested with big flies - not just one or two but so many that we could not even kill all of them and after many hassles and phone calls were moved to another smaller room which was also as bad as the suite.
