"Quite a basic lodge with rather a casuial attitude to customer care. The rooms are clean and fairly spartan with somewhat old sanitaryware. The view out onto the water from our room was beautiful and serene, until the motors of the lodge's boats started up early in the morning. Our guide was personable. "The hotel is a lot older than the pictures suggest, but in comparison to other hotels we saw on the street, this was clean, comfortable and secure. It is also just down the road from the belen markets. They are currently doing renovations so it is a bit noisy during the day."
