I booked 3 rooms in the beginning of January, 2026. Every room had a musty smell. The showers were covered in mold. The toilet overflowed twice in one of the rooms. The pools were not maintained. I was double charged for a breakfast meal. It has been over a month since my visit and I am still waiting ...

Estuvimos en el hotel el domingo 22 de febrero, un día difícil en Jalisco, pero todo el staff se comportó de manera amable, tranquila y haciendo su mejor esfuerzo. El hotel excelente, la comida muy rica y el staff excelente.
