Additionally, all guests are required to leave the property by 1:00 AM when having an event in our Venue. Only those who rented the property are permitted to remain in the house after this time. Wonderful place for family reunion, both inside and out. Very nice front yard with playground and a hammock. Beautiful private back yard, a great place to take a cup of coffee. Plenty of parking for vehicles. Karina, was a great host, got back to me every time for any questions or problems that needed solving. Did not realize two of the bedrooms and two-piece bathroom was upstairs with the game room, going through the garage. If some way a shower could be added upstairs would be a great addition, perfect. Needed an extra shower for as many people that were staying at the house.
