The property features two unique kitchens. The main kitchen is modern and fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances, including a built-in oven—ideal for preparing delicious meals. A second, more rustic kitchen with a charming brick accent provides a cozy space with additional essentials, perfect for lighter meals or added convenience.

Step outside to discover a true highlight of the home: a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, inviting you to relax and soak up the sun. The spacious garden offers plenty of room to unwind or enjoy outdoor activities, while the barbecue area is perfect for evening gatherings under the stars, complete with comfortable seating.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including both kitchens, the living room, and outdoor areas with a pool and garden.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

A charming and peaceful house in Friande, set in a quiet rural area surrounded by nature. Guests can enjoy nearby river beaches, scenic countryside walks, and the relaxing atmosphere of northern Portugal.

The location offers easy access to traditional villages, local cafés, and authentic restaurants, while larger towns like Amarante and Penafiel are within a short drive. Perfect for a tranquil getaway, ideal for relaxing, exploring nature, and experiencing the region’s culture and gastronomy.

The nearest train station, Fundão (Linha da Beira Baixa), is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, offering regional and intercity connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) in Porto is about a 2 hour 30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
