"Booked 4 rooms for guests to a function. My review is based on their feedback. The address of the property on Expedia is wrong. There are 3 butterfly apartments managed by the same team. When our first guest reached the property at Expedia address, they redirected them elsewhere. Even that took a while as the manager seems confused. Our guest had to spend an extra hour running around on ubers before they got a room. Fortunately, I could inform my other guests of the correct location so the pain...

"I booked online and my check out time is 11:00am, but I checked in only at 05:00pm. If you book directly with the Hotel it is 24 hours check-out, which I missed and felt bad."

"I had booked a Twin bed room. They did not give me that, instead they gave me a queen bed and an additional cot was added. Why? They said some cricket team extended their stay, to which I asked then why did you put up the twin bed room for booking? They did not have an answer to my query. Also the bedroom had many mosquitoes. "This property is not what it shows in photographs or lists its various amenities. There is no parking. There is no restaurant. The hotle is literally in a small road off the main road above a Bata shop. The towels were grey in colour instead of white. The whole hotel and room were stinking. The photograph is a lie. Really disappointed. We had to find another place to stay in Vijaywada. Please don't stay here if you are a couple or a family."

"We booked for superior room ,but when we reached the property they gave us exicutive room only...it was worst down grading!! the bathroom are not clean.the water was blocked and could not bath because of it. The guy in the reception was very r7de and behaved badly when we raised all this issues!!"

"Very good stay for economy "

"The room was given at late night around midnight 12:45Am. So worst even When asked since it was done online they cannot do anything. This is not the place to be if u r planning to go for early darshan at the temple. I would never ever recommend or even suggest this place. "
