Had an amazing stay at Casa Cupula with my husband in January 2026. The whole place was beautiful, well maintained and interesting to explore. We stayed on the garden level and loved the access to lower-level pool. Staff was all great and attentive, including at the pool club (which hotel guests have free access to). Didn’t want to leave :( Will definitely return again!

The staff was very attentive and super nice. The resort is beautiful and very laid back. We were so relaxed being there. The beach was gorgeous and we even saw whales in the distance. Beautiful.

Everything was excellent. Great staff, amazing food, grounds are immaculate. Full access to estancia and flamingos, and the all inclusive is worth it if you’re staying at Estancia. The restaurant for dinner was quite the experience!

The staff was terrific in all areas and there was always something that was good to eat available. Luis at the pool was fantastic and did a great job taking care of us all week, we are going to miss him! Our room was always cleaned each day after we returned from the pool. This was my fourth time at the resort and these are the reasons for returning. Jeff from Minnesota.

Bed was hard. Food choices and quality lacking. We spent more nights going out of the resort to eat. After spending so much to stay that was disappointing. No entertainment at the pool. Night life was seriously lacking. Would not go back Javier, Jerardo and Jasmine were great though.
